Rent includes all utilities – heat, electricity, internet, air conditioning, laundry and trash.

A parking permit for our off-street parking lot is $75/month per vehicle, or $175/month for a space in the buildings’ enclosed parking garage.

We are a pet friendly community! We allow up to 2 pets per unit, only one of which can be a dog. There is a monthly pet fee of $25 and a pet security deposit of $500 (refundable).
